Pricing questions

The fine print, unfined.

Why is it free for tenants?

Tenantly exists to make finding commercial space easy — one place to see the whole market and connect directly with the brokers behind each listing. Putting a paywall in front of that would defeat the purpose. Brokers pay for their professional tools; for tenants, finding space and connecting with brokers is simply what the platform is for.

Do you really not take a commission?

Really. Tenantly is not a brokerage and is never a party to your transaction. Your subscription is the only money that changes hands — flat, predictable, and independent of how many deals you close.

What happens when I cancel?

Broker plans are annual subscriptions. Your plan stays active for the full annual term you've paid for, then renews unless you turn off renewal in your account settings. Data you synced to your CRM stays in your CRM.

What counts as a seat?

One seat is one broker with their own login, mandates, alerts, and CRM connection. Add or remove seats as your team changes — billing adjusts at your next annual renewal.
