Questions & answers
Everything tenants and brokers ask us before signing up. Can't find your question? Email hello@tenantly.ca.
For tenants
Yes — $0, forever. No trial that expires, no premium tier you'll be pushed into later. Brokers pay a subscription to reach qualified tenants; that's the whole business model. We never charge tenants and we never take a piece of your deal.
We aggregate listings from major brokerages — Colliers, CBRE, Avison Young, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, and more — into a single deduplicated index that refreshes continuously. Instead of checking ten websites and a stack of PDFs, you set your requirements once and watch everything that fits.
No. Using Tenantly creates no agency relationship, no exclusivity, and no obligation to transact. You can work with any broker you like, on or off the platform — including one you already have. Tenantly just makes sure you see the whole market.
The moment a listing enters our index and matches your mandate, you're notified — typically within minutes of it going live. Commercial deals move fast, and the best spaces often go to whoever saw them first. That's the problem we built Tenantly to fix.
Until you act, nobody sees your identity — brokers only see aggregate demand in the market. When you save a listing or choose to engage, that listing's broker is notified and sees your requirements (size, budget range, timing) so they can respond usefully. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
No — we're not a brokerage and we don't do deals. Tenantly gets you complete market visibility and a direct line to listing brokers. Bring your own representation, or connect with brokers through the platform. Either way, the professionals handle the transaction; we handle the matching.

For brokers
A flat subscription — see Pricing for current plans. No commission, no referral fee, no percentage of your deal, ever. Your economics stay yours.
Never. Tenantly is software, not a competing brokerage. We charge a predictable subscription and stay out of your commission entirely. We're not licensed to trade in real estate and don't want to be — the platform works because we're neutral infrastructure.
Pipedrive, Salesforce, and HubSpot today, with more on the way. Sync is two-way: listings push out, leads flow in — no migration, no retraining, no double entry. You connect through your CRM's own login, and you can disconnect any time.
Every lead arrives with a live mandate attached: property type, size range, budget, target timing, and how closely your listing matches. These are tenants who set real requirements and actively saved your listing — not form-fills from someone browsing photos. You start the first conversation already knowing what they need.
The market index works both directions. When you pitch a listing, you can show the owner how many live tenant mandates it matches today — real demand, quantified. And when a new listing hits the market matching one of your client requirements, you hear about it the moment it goes live.
No. Your client requirements and CRM data are yours. Other brokers never see your pipeline. Matching happens inside the platform: your requirements are compared against listings, and you get the alert — not your competitors. Details in our Privacy Policy.
